PXIe-6355 ao0 (Analog output channel 0) not works!

Hello my friends

I have an NI PXIe-6355 Multifunction DAQ, SHC68-68-EPM cable, and SCB-68A connector block. When I connect the cable to connector 0 of the PXIe-6355, the AO1 (analog output 1) works (I use NI-MAX to change the output voltage), and I can measure the voltage on the multimeter. However, when I change the AO channel to AO0, the voltage shown on the multimeter is zero and does not display anything.
The device was new and sealed, and because I currently lack access to the NI company for warranty support, I wonder if the PXI-6355 may have problems. Do you have any suggestions on how I can solve this problem or how I can identify its exact cause?

Are you sure you're probing the voltage in the correct terminals of the SCB-68A?
