Here's pin assignment information for PXIe-6368 and PXIe-6358 cards when used with the SHC68-68-EPM cables. The problem is that there are many "D GND" pins called out, but the cable documentation does not clarify what D GND pin was twisted paired with what signal pin from the DAQ card. This excel file clarifies that information.
I used the following information from NI's website, and updated the information specifically for the 6368 and 6358 cards.
