It should be, unless the 6713 is weirdly limited compared to other devices in the 67xx family.
BTW, you'll do yourself a favor to think of and use the 1 kHz pulse train as an AO sample clock rather than a trigger. In the DAQmx world, sample clocks and triggers serve different and distinct purposes. Based on your description, you'll need to use it as a sample clock.
