Possible Interference problem with 6035-E

I have a 6035-E PCI card that is running on a balancing machine, set up using differential inputs.  For the past few months it will recognize the needed weight changes, but only down to 6 or 7 grams, where it used to be accurate down to <1 gram.  I noticed that when I open up the test panel, Channel 0 has a constant gradual increase all the way to the 10v limit and stays there.  What is the problem? Could this be some sort of interference, or an adjustment that needs to be made?  I'm at a loss why it has started this, as nothing has changed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks, Sam

Hi Sam,

Have you tried to self-calibrate the card in MAX?  This can be done by right-clicking the device and selecting self-calibrate.  Has the device been externally calibrated recently?  Do any other channels do this?  Does it do this with a signal connected or when no signal is connected?  Does it do this if you just connect a battery to the device in differential mode?
