Probalems with executing Labview's executable which consists of DAQ

I have NI USB-6501 24 line digital I/O and have installed DAQ software version 8.5 on the notebook with Win XP as an operating system (There's no Labview on this machine!!!). After installing DAQ device, I have tested it by means of NI software and I got high of low signal on every terminal. Afterwards, I built an executable from my project which was developed on the PC Windows station (with the same software for DAQ and Labview 8.2 version) and tried to use it on the notebook. Unfortunately, all the terminals are permanently push up to VDD. I can mention that in the PC station design is working either from Labview or executable file.
Please let me promptly know what the possible solutions of the problem might be. Thank you in advance for replies.
Regards,
MRPI

Did you install LabView Runtime on the target laptop?  You must have that to run a LV executable.

Yes, I hace already installed LV Run Time. Please note that I have no problems to launch my executable, but it does not generate the output signals.
I am looking forward for other ideas.

Did you wire up the error cluster in your vi and is it generating any errors?

I'm having the same problem controlling the NI-6501 with an executable.  Can control the unit with MAX, I have the runtime engine installed. But when I try to run the executable on my lab system labtop it hangs.

The source code and executable works fine on my office PC.

Thanks in advance for help with this.
