Hello all. I am having trouble with my NI USB-6363 DAQ being recognized by NI-MAX in windows 10. Originally this DAQ was working on a windows xp computer. I have DAQmx drivers installed version 21.3. When I power on the daq an NI Device screen pops up for about 3 seconds before disappearing. The device is recognized on device manager, but is not recognized by NI-MAX. Has anyone experienced this issue? I can't find any driver compatibility for this USB device to know if I have the right driver version installed. Any help would be great. Thanks.
