Problem with PCI-6034E test in MAC

In Mac my PCI6034 E test with an error The device is not responding to the first DMA channel would you like to continue anyway? Is my card Busted? Device manager does not show the card is using any DMA channels just IRQ 5 and memmory address. Note is card only uses 1 channel for DMA

Does this error have a code associated with it? An error code would help me find a solution to your problem. When exactly does this error appear? Also, what Mac OS are you using?
