Problems custom scales

I'm using cDaq-9172 with NI 9237 (LabVIEW 8.5 on Windows XP) with two load cells attached.  I have an external 10v supply and my load cells range is +/- 25mV.  They are +/- 250 pounds.  I used Max to set custom scales for both.  It's my understanding that my minimum and maximum values should be in pounds.  But when I try to use this, it does not work.  The only way I can get readings from the load cells is to use volts with the minimum/maximum as the 25mV.  Attached is my code.  Any ideas?

I found an error on my scales.  I put in +/- 25v instead of +/-25mV on my prescaled values.  It seems to be working.
