Problems with NI 6218

My Ni 6218 card working fine for several months and all of a sudden started giving me problems.  I tried the Measurement Explorer and reset and ran the self test. Althought it passes the self test, Measurement Explorer hangs up in the analog read.  It does not output any volatge in the AO.   I tried reloading software and system boots but no avail.  Any ideas?

You can try running the DAQ Diagnostic Utility Version 2.0 for Windows 2000/XP
