Question: Diagnostic Error with 6070E, can it be recalibrated by NI or it must be sent to repair?

Hi,

I have an PCI-MIO-16E-1 (6070E) card which is now reported unreasonable result with my Summitek Instrument.

runing the self test in MAX reports OK.

but runing self-calibrate function in MAX reports error.

I have use the  DAQ Diagnostic Utility v2.0 to test the device, the result is attached below.

my question is that:

1. what might be the problem with this card, is this card still usable?

2. can it be recalibrated by NI or it must be sent to repair?

Thank you for your help.

PS.  I have an other card with the same model, but the test result is the same. Is it the calibrate methord problem, or they are both damaged.

Thank you for your reply.

but I have already install last NI-DAQmx driver and reboot the device, and the problem is the same.

Any other Idea?

Since you have updated the latest DAQmx driver and re-tested this card making use of DAQ Diagnostic Utility v2.0 but with the same result, I suggest you contact with NI support ASAP. It maybe broken.
