I originally posted this message on the multifunction DAQ board but am now thinking Signal Conditioning might be more appropriate - sorry for the duplication.
l'm trying to build a system to measure pressure at upto 10kHz with a strain gauge type pressure sensor which outputs 2mV/V (with 10V excitation).
I need to get this signal to a USB 6259 device to read at 10kHz and feed into LabVIEW.
I've not come across a sensor with this type of output before and am not sure how to deal with it. I'm worried that the small voltage output could be swamped by noise if it's not conditioned close to the sensor but I can't seem to find a small fast signal conditioner on the web anywhere.
Can anyone suggest where I should start ?
Many thanks
