What do you mean? You posted an answer to another thread in which you attached an example for reading an Excel file so it sounds like you already know how to read.
Also, this question doesn't really belong in the Multifunction DAQ forum. If you have some specific question, I would suggest you repost it in the LabVIEW forum.
