Returning only and all samples between start trigger and reference trigger

Is there a way to acquire only and all samples between start and reference trigger?  Please note that I don't know exactly the number of samples between the two events because the machine I have to monitor may run at variable speed.

I will appreciate some code examples, possibly using c#
