SCB-100 standoffs

I would like to order some male-female threaded standoffs identical to the ones used on the SCB-100 100 pin connector.  Could you tell me what the part number of these standoffs is?  It looks like the male thread is 4-40 or 2-56 while the female threaded opening is 2-56.
