I have two capacitive pressure sensors from INFICON with different measurement ranges. The output of these sensors is in voltage. I connected both to the same power supply, which is grounded. For the measurements, I connected each sensor to a channel of a SCXI 1303 block, with signal common and signal output in CH- and CH+, respectively. As I suppose my signal is already grounded (the power supply is grounded), I removed the pullup and bias resistors from the block. However, when both sensors are subjected to the same pressure (which is in the measurement range of both sensors) they indicate different values. Is there any mistake in my connections?
