Service calibration - Serial number doesn't match

Hello,

I would like to send several devices for calibration through the calibration service (Calibrate - NI).

The devices in question are NI-9263 x3, NI-9239 x4, cDAQ-9174 x3. Unfortunately when I enter the serial number for the calibration I get the following message:

 

We're sorry, we don't have a match for the number you entered. Please try again or click Next to try a different way to submit a calibration request.

I am sure that the serial numbers are correct. How is this possible? I can't send my devices for calibration without it.
