Simultaneous AO and AI with NI 9269 and NI 9234

Looking for assistance in trying to simultaneously issue two waveforms and measure three separate responses, all with synchronized timing.  I'm really a fledgling trying to soar with the eagles on this task.  I have NI 9269 and NI 9234 modules in a cDAQ-9174 chassis.  I worked through a few examples on triggering multiple AI modules, but alas it's not working.  Unfortunately I can't chare the code with you since it's on a different computer.  When I do what looks like it should work, I generate two simultaneous AO waveforms, but they don't terminate at the right voltage.  And the supposedly simultaneous AI waveforms start with a flat line for about 4 ms then they seem to follow the excitation voltage appropriately.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.  Also general advice on doing this with a separate digital trigger would be appreciated.  Thank you in-advance very much.

What you ask for is feasible, but we definitely need the code to review what went wrong.

Regarding the 4ms delay, it is expected, user manual states this,
