Did you mean:

Sinchronize generation&acquisition

I have AT-mio-16K-25 board.
I'd like to do:
Sincronize Generation&acquisition, visualize signal generation and data acquisition at the same time, also write to file every N scan acquired!
Is it possible? Thanks for answers!

what is the signal u generate is it a continuous waveform ( in this case u can use the Wfm_scale and Wfm_op to do this by havinga pattern of waveform ina buffer) and u can use the continuous wave form acquizition commands. and writing on to a file is something very time consuming and this may reduce the speed of the whole system. well b4 going to conclusions what is the rate at which u acquire the signal and rate at which u generate signal. in any case it would be wise to have a array or a pointer and store the whole data onto it. and write it onto a file at the end

Muzio,

Yes, this should be possible. Based on another discussion forum posting of yours, it appears that you are using LabVIEW. LabVIEW includes an example that should provide you a firm foundation for building your application, Simul AIAO Buffer(Legacy).vi. You will need to add the file I/O capabilities to this example, but that should be fairly straight-forward. In LabVIEW 7.0, the example can be found in the following location:

Examples >> Hardware Input and Output >> Traditional DAQ >> Simultaneous Analog IO

If you are using a different version of LabVIEW, you can search for the example.

Good luck with your application.
