Use either the analog output or digital output. You will do a single point DAQmx Write, Delay, single point DAQmx Write, delay. As you are probably aware, the 6009 only supports software timed output so the timing will be subject to quite a bit of jitter and the frequency is probably not going to exceed about 150 Hz.
