Sync NI9201 & NI9205 AO Modules

Is it possible to synch an NI 9201 & NI 9205 so that it will acquire data at the same time?

Hello AngleMcDoggie,

The answer to this question depends on if you're using a cDAQ or cRIO chassis or the USB connector.  If you're using either chassis then the two modules will automatically be synced to the lowest rate through the backplane.  However, if you're using the 9162 USB adapter then you won't be able to synchronize these two cards since you can't send clocks over the USB bus and there aren't any PFI lines on these cards for exporting/importing clocks.

hola, estoy utilizando el NI 9205 con el NI cDAQ-9172 para tomar señales de voltaje corriente y vibraciones de un motor que controlo por medio de un variador de frecuencia, el problema es que no se que numero de muestras debo adquirir y tampoco sé que frecuencia de muestreo debo utilizar para hacer una buena adquisicion de de  los datos, si alguien pudiera ayudarme le agradeceria mucho...
