Sorry...please ignore my previous question since I didn't see that Archivaldo has already gave very nice calculations above to show the phase lag due to one-sample-point shift. It's a very valuable experience.

That's right, maybe aliminating the 1st element of the read for the 1st channel is not 100% reliable. I added a delay in my code as suggested by Dan to allow enough time for the signal in the AO to reach the 1st AI before the next update of the timing clock. So far it's working perfectly fine (I added a delay of 200 ticks).

I am using LabVIEW 7.1, so I haven't been able to open your VI's.  However, it seems like your application of having an AO reliant on an AI with more than one analog input channel sampling fits the profile of what I am trying to accomplish.  You can view my post at http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=250&message.id=32934

Do you think you could post a screenshot of the block diagram for your latest VI?
