Synchronizing two USB 6241 DAQs?

Hi,

I would like to synchronize two USB 6421 DAQs to read two separate sets of sensors in parallel. How can I apply the details of this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_8jiKuKeDI) to USB DAQ models? Can I just wire up PFI0 and PFI1 lines and write my program as described in the video?

Yes, you can route the sample clock and start trigger from one DAQ and input into another's PFI lines to synchronize them.
