Our company uses HMI TPC-2230 6 inch, we have many screens with the same defect after 4 to 5 years of operation ! (year of manufacture 2018/2019)Isue :
Issue : Black screen & blue led (after a restart of the power supply the LED changes from orange to blue)
There is clearly a manufacturing defect but NI is not collaborating to help us to fix them
If anyone has any tips or ideas to help us, it would be great.
