If you mean 'Soft Front Panel', typically all instruments come with one and accessible from NI MAX.

 

Other than this, there is no "diagnostics" software available. If you could elaborate on the issue you're facing, maybe the fellow forum members could guide you in diagnosing the issue and do mention the exact model of the DAQ card you've and other software.
