Timeout error while installing NI Package Manager

When I try to install the NIPM, I get this error:

"The network operation exceeded the user-specified or system time limit."

Pic is attached. This happens with both version 20.7 and 20.1.

Assuming that NIPM will never work, is there any way to access the specific driver for my card? It's a PCIe 6323.

Download an offline-installer-version of the DAQmx driver, that fits to your LabVIEW version:
