When swapping PXI chassis the traditional DAQ device number changes in MAX. I can change the device number back and save it but it reverts back to the original number after closing and reopening MAX. Therefore I am unable to change the device number so that it is the same as when using the first PXI chassis. The result is that I cannot use the other PXI chassis with the same NI software.
Windows 7 32 bit, Traditional DAQ 7.5.
I cannot reinstall 7.5 as there is a newer version of MAX installed.
Is there a way of changing the device number somehow?
