Trouble talking to NI-9472 via NI USB 9162 using LabView

HI Astockto,

This is Marcus from Application Engineering.  Could I get a little bit more information about your set up such as the operating system of the computer, 32 or 64 bit, the current versions of any drivers you may have, and if you are using LabVIEW the revision that you are using?  

If you go into device manager on your computer are you able to locate this device?
