Your AT-MIO-16E-10 is a Plug and Play device, so you will not need to manually add it in the DAQ Configuration Wizard. There could be a couple of reasons why it is not currently present. If you installed the board in the computer before you installed NI-DAQ, you should uninstall the board, uninstall NI-DAQ, reinstall NI-DAQ, and then reinstall the board. Furthermore, your board is supported by our most recent version of NI-DAQ (6.9.3), so if you are not using version 6.1 for a reason, I would suggest installing version 6.9.3. It is available for download from the following location:
NI-DAQ Version 6.9.3 for Windows 2000/95/98/ME/
NT/XP
