USB-6001 channels interfere when using differential mode

We need to monitor the voltage changes over 10 minutes using two channels.  Channel 1 (ai0) is the output of a chamber pressure gauge. Channel 2 (ai2) is the signal from a device which response the chamber pressure change.

I try to find how well the USB-6001 measure the chamber pressure. I short pin 2 & pin 6 and find the ai2 signal changes following the ai0.  The ai0 signal reduced from 9 to 5.5 VDC.  The ai2 signal increased about 1mv.  Is this normal for USB-6001?  Or, do I use the differential mode correctly?

I attached NI Max setting, the DAQ wiring and test results.

What you observe is called ghosting where adjacent channel signals affect a channel's measurement.
