USB 6008 OEM AO Ground

Solved!
Go to solution

I have some USB 6008 OEM modules which I want to use for, amongst other things, analogue output. However, the connector does not appear to have an 'AO GND' pin. Unlike the non-OEM which has 'GND' pins which can be used for either AIO or DIO, the OEM has pins specifically labelled 'AI GND' and 'D GND' - but it does not have an 'AO GND' or, indeed, a 'GND'.

Should I use the 'AI GND' pin?

Yup; all the grounds are common on that device.

Does this mean that analog- and digital also have common ground?
