For what it is ... a DAQ, with a couple of inputs/outputs? Yeah, they are kinda pricey.
What's your time worth?
Plug a DAQ in, and have working code taking measurements and making digital outputs blink ... in an afternoon?
Time is money.... with NI gear, you usually pay for a certain level of convenience. Worth it? To me, yeah, most of the time.
