USB-6229 DAQ Analog port constantly outputting -14V

I have a NI USB-6229 board. One of its analog port is outputting -14V (the maximum value should be +/- 10V) and cannot be programmed. The board did pass self-test in MAX.

Is the board physical damaged? I have tried to turn it on and off and rebooted the computer.

Hey,

From your description it seems  like you card may be broken but, there are couple things we can try.

1. Can you reproduce the same behaviour an another machine.

2. If so Run DAQ diagonistics and save the Test report.

3. Call NI and RMA the board while doing that send in the test report.

Thanks
