USB-6251: Device not Recognized, Windows XP

Hello.

I am running into the 'USB Not Recognized' message, routinely, on my Windows XP machine.  I have a NI USB-6251 DAQ connected via USB to a Windows XP machine.  I have NI-DAQmx 9.6.2 installed.  Are there any ways to troubleshoot this issue?

Hello Mike, 

Was  your device working previously?  How often are you receiving this message?  Also, just as a note, looking at our compatibility chart, your version of DAQmx requires SP3 or greater to function with Windows XP.
