I am trying to install a NI USB-6251 on a windows XP system. When I power the unit up, the ready light comes on and is green. When I plug it into a USB port, the ready light stays on and the active light is still off. I am not prompted to install any drivers by the operating system and it doesn't come up as a device in measurement and automation. Is there a step that I am not taking? Thank you in advance.
