USB 6259 DAQ 3rd output limited to +- 0.355 V

The 3rd output on my DAQ might be broken. It will not go above +- 0.355 V. The other 3 outputs work fine using the same VI and just changing the channel. Not sure why/how this would happen.

What is the output connected to?  Is this an analog or a digital output?

 

Normally, these issues are due to a lack of current capability of analog and/or digital outputs.
