The last thing that I can think of is to download and run the DAQ Diagnostic Utility Version 2.0 for Windows 2000/XP.

At this point it might be best to go to  http://www.ni.com/support/ and click “Ask an Engineer” to generate a service request and get the repair process started.

I run the DUT and it failed in Digital IO - thank you Thomas, I'll call the engineer and ask them.
