I have a really old test machine that uses 3 NI USB-6009s and 3 NI USB-6501s. Two of the 6501s went bad and were replaced with new ones.
My program now throws an error when it tries to set port 0 on one of the 6501s. I noticed they show up NI Max but when I open up SignalExpress they are not recognized. They also show up in windows device manager under the correct Data Acquisition Devices category.
The installed driver for the device is quite old: 2.0.0f3. Is this driver too old to communicate with newer NI USB-6501s? The devices test fine in NI MAX.
