Make sure the version of LabVIEW you have is compatible with the version of DAQmx you have:

From there, make sure the DAQ device appears in NI MAX and is fully functional (i.e you can run a self test on it and open test panels). If you can, you may be experiencing missing pallets in LabVIEW. You can try to reinstall the DAQmx drivers, or reference this document:
