Unable to read three channels on USB-9219

Hello,

I recently inherited a USB-9219 and I'm having trouble reading three of the four channels. I have three input signals set up identically and all channels read low micro-volt floating signals except for channel 0 which reads the expected voltage. I tried swapping the terminal connectors around and each signal only reads correctly if it is on channel 0. Is there anything I need to set up to get the other channels to work properly? Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Liam

Please share the code that you used to test the device and the connections that you tried.

It is recommended to use the Test Panels of the device available in NI MAX.

You cannot rule out the possibility of the channels being damaged, but with a good set of test voltages and simple debugging you can identify if the module is healthy.
