Updating LEDs on control panel

I'm trying to find a way of updating LEDs on the front control panel before my application runs. I have LEDs placed in the test stream of my application showing the current result of each test. Is it possible to clear these LEDs before the start of the next test cycle? If not is there a better way of handling sequenital test results being displayed that would allow me to clear these LEDs?

Because you mention "front panel", I'm going to assume that you are using LabVIEW. In order to initialize a set of indicators, you can create local variables for each one and write a value to that. If you want to re-initialize everything, you can use the VI Method called Reinitialize All to Default.
