Using NI-DAQ card PCI-6111E under Linux

hi,

I am trying to install the latest drivers (0.9.2 BETA) from the NI site
for the card we have recently purchased (E Series card, PCI-6111E). The
drivers compile and install fine, but modprobe of the driver reveals the
following in /var/log/messages:

May 19 13:44:11 kernel: edaq activated. Kernel assigned major: 254
May 19 13:44:11 kernel: cant find deviceid=c801 in database
May 19 13:44:11 kernel: cant find deviceid=14f0 in database

Running the test code supplied with the driver fails: it cannot open
/dev/nidaq0 (which was created by the driver install routine - I have
checked this has the correct major and minor numbers)

Contents of /proc/modules, and /proc/device lists the driver, however it
ha
sn't been assigned an IRQ (/proc/interrupts has no driver listing).

Could this be an IRQ problem? Any other ideas? Do the drivers work with
my kernel/card?

I am running RedHat 6.2 with kernel 2.2.14-5 if that is any help.

Thanks,

Alastair.
