Using PCI-6722 Analog output with Traditional NI-DAQ 7.1

I am having trouble configuring a virtual channel for my PCI-6722 Analog output card. I am using LabView 6.1 and Win 98. The card works fine in Measurement & Automation when i use the Test Panels to generate voltages. However, in Labview, i get an error. Also, in 'Data Neighborhood' in MAX, when i try to configure a Traditional NI-DAQ Virtual channel, my DAQ card does not show up in the list of DAQ Hardware to be used.

I cannot use NI-DAQmx to configure a channel as i do not have LabView 7.x.

Is there a way to use the 6722 with Traditional NI-DAQ or is it only supported by NI-DAQmx?

The PC_6722 is a DaqMx only card, and therefore requires LabView 7.X, and it will not run under LabView6.1 (DaqMx runs under LV 7.x or higher)
