Using USB6501 to be a Frequency Divider

Hi All

I have got a USB-6501, and I want to use it as a frequency divider.

My clk generator output frequency is about 3MHz, but our system clk input frequency is 100KHz.

So I need a frequency divider factor about 32(2^5).

I had download the VI in the website: https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-8644 

Attached  1 is this VI.

When I tried to run this VI, some error occurred.

Attached 2  is the error.

In the front panel, I don't know which should be filled in blank of the counter I/O.

The counter I/0 is described as:

Counter specifies the name of the counter to use to create the virtual channel such as the following :Dev1/ctr0.

I think this counter should be output, but when I change the I/O to be indicator, the path error occurred.
