W2k & SP3 'Could not Load the Installer for My Daq Device'?

Using NI_DAQ 6.9.2, SP3 but still getting the error. Tried it on two E series devices DAQCard 6062 (which is recognised but not loaded) and a DAQPad 6070 (which isn't recognised or loaded). Both give the above error.
Suggestions welcome.

My first suggestion would be to uninstall NI-DAQ 6.9.2 and install the newest version, 6.9.3. You can download it from the link below:
