What happens if you use 10Mohm resistor packs as bias resistors in SCXI-1303?

We have disabled open-thermocouple detection by removing the pull-up resistors. We are using floating thermocouples, so I'm assuming we need to leave the bias resistors in place. The installation guide shows that we should use the 10Ohm resistors, but I'm wondering what the consequences of using the 10Mohm resistors would be?

The installation manual of the SCXI-1303 has a table which shows when to use the 10Mohm resistor pack vs. the 10ohm resistor pack as bias resistors. I've included a link to the manual below. You'll find the table on page 13. The manual also discusses why to use the different resistor values.

I hope this helps.
