What is the maximum signal frequency that can be generated effectively from PXI-6259.

I see that you have had no replies in two weeks.  I don't know the answer but I can think through this.

 

The spec of the board say that you have four 16-bit analog outputs running at 2.8MS/sec.  Now the question is how many points do you want in one cycle.  Think about plotting a sign wave.  Do you want to use 10 points or 50 or 100.  Once you decide how many points you want in a cycle, divide that into 2.5MS to give yourself the frequency you would have.  For example if you want to have 100 points per cycle, than the frequency would be 2.8 MS divided by 100 to get 28 KHZ

 

See if this works for yoiu.

Thanks for the reply.

 

I have attached a jpg file which has block diagram am using for generation, please go through it. Is there any calculation for generating different frequencies ( amplitude, phase remain fixed) with the 2.8MS/s of Analog Output( PXI-6259), Sampling rate which i have given in DAQmx Timing vi and Sampling info (Fs,#s) in Sine wave form vi.
