Hi Andy,
I suspect that the control or value passed to the VI in LabVIEW is
configured as (mV) or something similar and the card is actually
outputting what LabVIEW is sending to the driver.
The best way to verify your card is to use Measurement & Automation
Explorer which is a diagnostic and configuration utility for NI
hardware and software. Select Devices and Interfaces and right-click
and run the Test Panels. Here you will be able to output a voltage
waveform on selected channels of your card to verify if your card is
outputting correctly as well.
Another test would be to open up an example program in LabVIEW (Help
>> Find Examples..) that performs analog output and simply write a
buffer out to test the card.
If both of those suggestions still yield val
ues that are 1/1000 then
we will have to do further investigating. Anyway, hope that helps.
