There is not a VI for the virtual channel. You need to place a Traditional DAQ Channel Constant on the block diagram, and the virtual channel you created should be visible in the drop-down list for this constant. Or, right-click on the "channels" input of the AO Write One Update VI, and create a constant for this input. This will create an array of DAQ Channel Constants, from which you can choose your virtual channel.
