I am working on a burn in station for a product that produces LVPECL signals as the output. I would like to be able to periodically query different DUTs during burn in and make sure that the LVPECL signals are still being generated. The station would have at most 10 DUTs running at once. I am thinking that a DAQ would be perfect for such a task but most DAQs only accept TTL voltage levels on the Digital I/O lines. Is there a DAQ that would work for this application? The voltage levels for LVPECL are Voh = 2.4V and Vol=1.6V (a differntial pair is outputed but I think I can just use a single end for this puprose).
