Dear all,
I have a project where I have to measure the temperatures in various location  of a pipe wall. The pipe is part of an electrical circuit (an electrical current will pass through). For acquiring data, I have  a system in the following configuration: DAQ6024Ecard and  SCXI1000 chassy with -3*SCXI1102/SCXI1303 and SCXI1125/SCXI1320. Unfortunately,  it was taken for us couple of months to figure out that the system is is NOT working because of non isolated channels from SCXI1102/1303. 
 
 
On the other hand we perform some test with SCXI1125/SCXI1327 and SCXI1121/SCXI1327 and the results are:
   
Reading temperatures with SCXI 1125/1327- K thermocouples, CJC built in -indicate correct readings with TRaditional Legacy and wrong with DAqmx (for example 125 deg C in TDAQ and 700 deg C in DAQMx - the values were checked with a high accuracy voltmeter and 125 deg C value was confirmed). 
Reading temperatures with  SCXI 1121/1327-  K thermocouples- CJC built in- indicate  indicate correct readings with  DAqmx  and wrong with 
Traditional legacy daq(for example  out of range deg C in TDAQ and 91 C in DAQMx - thevalues were checked as well with a high accuracy voltmeter and 91 C was confirmed).
Now,  my system has for the moment 104 channels disposed as: 8 channels for high voltages and 96 for temperatures readings.
 
The question is: what  you   advice me  for a  hardware configuration which allow me to keep 90-104 channels for my measurements? Should I continue with SCXI or there is some platform more suitable for my application.
